The Orthodox Calendar apps in Russian, English and Greek have been updated to version 2.8. The update includes some content-related corrections, and hyphenation mechanism for the widget display. The later may still not work as it should, that has been reported, but I’ll fix it as soon as possible.

As for the logo, which has actually been changed since version 2.6, I see that not everybody is happy with the change, but that was done on demand, I received many complaints from the Russian users, that it was inappropriate to have the face of a saint tapped on every time one wants to open the app. I’ve received no such complaints for the cross.
The Corporate Contacts app for Android has been updated. The update includes a fix for a bug which occurred when sending templated SMS messages. The new version also makes sure that all sent SMS are saved in the default messaging app of your device.
The Fast Dialer app has been updated. The new version includes some bug-fixes (huge thanks to everyone that reported a problem with the app, either directly, or through the Google Play store reports). Details about the fixes:
Log data on some phones (Sony mostly) was not updated properly, now it is working as it should.
There were reports of crashes related to contacts without phone numbers, that is fixed now.
The “call” button was not so easy to press on certain phone models with high resolution displays, that is corrected.
Version 3 of the popular SMS Composer for the SmartWatch introduces spelling suggestions. Note that it is not the same as T9 typing prediction. Due to that novelty, the look and the functionality of the app have changed. The caps and language switching are now activated on a button, i.e. dedicated area on the screen, because the swiping up and down actions are reserved for scrolling through the suggestions list.
Another new feature is the saving of the sent SMS messages in the default messaging app. Enjoy!

Introducing v.2.0 of the SMS Composer for Sony’s SmartWatch. Now, you can predefine 12 SMS message templates in the app’s settings and use them from your SmartWatch.
Templates are the same as predefined messages, they are something more. Templates means that you can use codes such as %name in your predefined message, and upon sending that code will be replaced with the recipient’s name.
The codes are available in two languages, English and Russian. The full list of codes and their meanings is: %name (or %имя) – will be replaced with the full name of the contact, %given (or %и) – the given (first) name, %mid (or %п) for the middle name, %family (or %фам) – the family (last) name, %pre (%т) – name’s prefix and %suf (%суф) – name’s suffix.
It’s up to you to be creative with the templates 🙂

I’ve just published an update for the Log for SmartWatch app. It fixes the problem which required for people to manually trigger a screen refresh, and apart from that, adds also the relative time of call in the details screen. Was badly missed, by me at least.
