Corporate Dialer Privacy Policy

Effective 25 October 2026

This policy covers the Android app Corporate Dialer by eir: the version on Google Play (eir.dialer.corporate) and the version in other app stores (eir.dialer).

In short
  • We collect no data. Nothing about you, your contacts or your calls is sent to us or to anyone else.
  • The app has no internet access: Android does not let it connect to the internet.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no account.

What the app uses, and why

Corporate Dialer is a phone app and a contact directory. To work, it asks Android for these permissions. All of the data stays on your phone.

PermissionWhat it is used for
ContactsSearching your contacts, showing them by company, department, position and location, editing and renaming, vCard import and export.
Phone and call logMaking and answering calls as your phone app, showing the caller’s company and position, the call log, choosing the SIM.
SMS
(only the version outside Google Play)
Showing your messages in the call log, sending group messages and the messages for declining a call. The messages go over the mobile network to the recipients you choose, as with any SMS app.
NotificationsIncoming and missed calls, scheduled messages.

E-mails, and SMS in the Google Play version, are not sent by the app: it opens your e-mail or SMS app with the message filled in, and you send it from there. A message for declining a call is sent by Android itself.

What is stored, and where

  • The app keeps its own data only on your phone: its settings, your scheduled messages, your messages for declining a call and, if you use it, its copy of your call history.
  • Your contacts and your calls stay in Android’s own contacts and call log. The app does not copy them anywhere else.
  • Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android’s settings, deletes all of it from the phone.

Backup by Android

If the backup of your phone is turned on, Android backs up the app’s settings and data to your Google account, like those of your other apps. This is done by Android and Google, not by us, and we have no access to it. You control it in your phone’s settings.

The app’s copy of your call history is included only if you allow it: the app asks you after installation, and you can change it at any time in the app’s settings.

Buying Pro (Google Play version)

The Pro upgrade is bought through Google Play. The payment is handled entirely by Google; we do not receive your payment details. The app only learns from the Google Play app on your phone whether Pro has been bought. Google’s handling of the purchase is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not share, sell or transfer any data, because we do not have any. Data leaves your phone only when you do it yourself: when you call, send a message, share contacts, export a vCard file, or when Android backs up your phone as described above.

Children

The app is meant for adults using it for work and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
